This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers of Medixo.eu (\u201cthe Website\u201d) may return products and receive refunds.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.<\/p>\n

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h2>\n

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.<\/p>\n

      perishable or short-expiry products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Returns are also not accepted<\/strong> if the product is:<\/p>\n

        used<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        damaged due to improper handling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        without original packaging or missing components<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Conditions for Accepting a Return<\/h2>\n

        To be eligible for return:<\/p>\n

          the product must be in original, resalable condition<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          must not be used<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          must include all original components, labels, and packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          must be safely packed for transport<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n

            proper packaging when returning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            ensuring the product arrives undamaged<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            any risks during transport<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n

              Return shipping costs are paid by the customer<\/strong>, unless the return is due to a defect or an error caused by the merchant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Customers may use any courier unless otherwise instructed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5. Refunds<\/h2>\n

              Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.<\/p>\n

              5.1. Refund Method<\/h3>\n

              The refund method depends on whether the order was received by the customer:<\/p>\n

              A) Order NOT received \/ refused upon delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                If the payment was made by card<\/strong>, the refund will be issued back to the same card<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                If the payment was made by COD<\/strong> or bank transfer<\/strong>, the refund will be issued via bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                B) Order WAS received by the customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                Regardless of the original payment method (card, COD, bank transfer), refunds are issued ONLY via bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                The customer must provide:<\/p>\n

                  IBAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  BIC \/ SWIFT<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Account holder\u2019s full name<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  5.2. Refund Time<\/h3>\n

                  Refunds are processed within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the returned product.<\/p>\n

                  5.3. Shipping Fees<\/h3>\n

                  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to defect or merchant error.<\/p>\n

                  6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n

                  If the customer receives:<\/p>\n

                    a defective product<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    a damaged parcel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    an incorrect item<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    they must notify the Website within 72 hours<\/strong> of receipt and provide photo evidence.<\/p>\n

                    If approved, the customer may choose:<\/p>\n

                      replacement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      full refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      store credit<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Return shipping in such cases is covered by the merchant.<\/p>\n

                      7. Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n

                      When the \u201cOpen and Inspect\u201d<\/strong> option is available, customers are strongly encouraged to:<\/p>\n

                        open the parcel in the presence of the courier<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        check product condition and correctness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        report any visible issues immediately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Claims made after accepting an unchecked package may be limited.<\/p>\n

                        8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments<\/h2>\n

                        If a customer refuses or fails to collect a shipment without valid reason:<\/p>\n

                          delivery and return costs may be charged<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          the merchant may restrict future COD orders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
