This Delivery Policy describes how Medixo.eu (“the Website”) organizes and handles the shipping of ordered products. By completing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Methods

The Website offers delivery to:

  • customer’s address

  • courier office / pickup point

  • automated parcel lockers, where available

The delivery method is selected during checkout.

2. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs are paid by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • Shipping fees depend on:

    • courier service

    • selected delivery method

    • destination country

    • weight and size of the shipment

3. Courier Selection

We always choose the fastest and most cost-effective delivery option, based on available services and the characteristics of the order.

If the customer has a preferred courier, it may be specified in the order notes. The Website will use the preferred courier whenever possible.

4. Packaging and Product Protection

All shipments are carefully and properly packed to prevent:

  • impact damage

  • deformation

  • moisture exposure

  • mechanical damage

We use appropriate packaging materials to ensure products arrive safely and undamaged.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on:

  • destination

  • selected delivery service

  • courier workload

Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days for most destinations.
These times are estimated and not guaranteed.

The Website is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors.

6. Tracking Shipments

When available, customers receive a tracking number after the order is dispatched. Shipments can be tracked through the courier’s online system.

7. Receiving the Shipment

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must check:

  • the condition of the packaging

  • the condition of the products

  • whether the items match the order

If damage, missing items, or errors are detected, the customer must inform the courier immediately and request a report or refuse the shipment.

Claims made after accepting an unchecked shipment may not be honored.

8. Uncollected Shipments

If a customer:

  • does not pick up the shipment,

  • refuses it without valid reason, or

  • provides incorrect contact details,

the merchant may require reimbursement of delivery costs and may restrict future COD orders.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Website may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication.
