Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy describes the conditions under which Medixo.eu (“the Website”) provides warranty service for eligible products. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Warranty coverage

Warranty applies to products such as electronic and electromedical equipment, medical devices, and other items with manufacturer warranties. Disposable medical consumables, cosmetics, hygiene products, and dietary supplements are not covered unless explicitly stated.

2. Warranty period

The warranty period is 24 months for devices and electronics unless otherwise specified, and 12 months for professional equipment. For products with a different period, it is indicated in the description or warranty card. The warranty begins on the date the product is received.

3. What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, defects occurring during normal use, and electronic, mechanical or software malfunctions not caused by misuse. Warranty service may include repair, component replacement or full product replacement.

4. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, impact or breakage, unauthorised repair, improper voltage, exposure to liquids or chemicals, fire, moisture, environmental damage, normal wear, or missing packaging or accessories. Warranty is not provided for consumables, sterile products, disposable items, cosmetics or supplements.

5. Activation of warranty

Customers must provide proof of purchase, serial number (if applicable), a description of the issue and photo/video documentation.

6. Warranty service procedure

  1. Customer submits a warranty request.

  2. Initial evaluation is performed.

  3. If return is needed, the customer sends the product properly packed.

  4. After inspection, repair, replacement or refund (bank transfer only) is offered.

7. Transport costs

Return shipping to service is paid by the customer unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Shipping back to the customer is covered by the merchant.

8. Service timeframe

Inspection and repair may take up to 30 days. Additional time may be required for parts.

9. Warranty refusal

Warranty may be refused in cases of misuse, unauthorised tampering, missing proof of purchase, lack of evidence or external damage.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated at any time.
