In case of any discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

2. User Accounts and Orders

Orders may be placed with or without creating a user account. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting an order or creating an account. The Website is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted only after the user receives an order confirmation email. The Website may contact the user for additional verification if necessary, or may decline an order at its discretion.

  • dietary supplements with a broken seal

Returned products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of the Website.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Defective Products and Complaints

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify the Website within 72 hours of receipt, providing photos and a detailed description.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, the customer may choose between:

  • a full refund.
